Campfire offers two plans for Scout units. Basic Troop is free forever with unlimited members and includes all core features like event management, messaging, and advancement tracking. Full Troop ($125/year) adds premium features like photo galleries, file attachments, Scoutbook advancement export, and 10GB of storage. New users can try Full Troop free for 14 days.

Getting started is easy! Simply visit our app, create an account, and set up your troop organization. You can invite members by email or share a join code. We also support importing from Scoutbook to make the transition seamless. The entire setup process takes less than 15 minutes.

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade security including data encryption, secure servers, and role-based permissions. We never share your data with third parties, and we're built with youth protection standards in mind. All data is backed up regularly and stored securely in compliance with privacy regulations.

Yes! Campfire works great on phones, tablets, and computers. While we don't have native mobile apps yet, our web application is fully responsive and optimized for mobile use. You can add it to your home screen for a native app-like experience.
