Made for How a Pack Actually Runs

A pack is a handful of dens, each with a volunteer who has a day job. Campfire gives every den leader what they need and gives the Cubmaster the whole picture.

💬

A Chat for Every Den

Each den gets its own chat. Your Cubmaster and Committee Chair can sit in all of them without being listed as every den's leader.

✅

Sign Off the Whole Den at Once

Start from the adventure, tick what the den finished at the meeting, and choose the Scouts who were there. No more entering it one Scout at a time.

📅

Pack Nights and RSVPs

Put den meetings, pack nights and campouts on one calendar. Families RSVP from their phones, and you can see who's coming.

🏅

Hand Out What Was Earned

Pack Awards lets you mark each adventure loop or rank as awarded, so a Scout who missed pack meeting still has theirs waiting for next time.

👥

Roles That Sound Like a Pack

Cubmaster, Assistant Cubmaster, Den Leader and Assistant Den Leader are built in, with permissions to match. No Scoutmaster or Patrol Leader in sight.

💵

Dues Without the Chasing

On Pro, bill annual dues in one step, see every family's balance, and track what your pack has on hand.

Three Steps to Get Your Pack Going

1

Create Your Pack

Sign up on the web, iPhone or Android and choose Cub Scouts as your program. It's free, and you don't need a credit card.

2

Bring In Your Roster

Upload your Scoutbook export files to bring in your Scouts, adults and advancement. You download the files yourself, so you never share a password with us.

3

Set Up Dens, Invite Families

Add your den leaders in Settings, then invite your families. Stuck on any of it? Write to us. A real person answers.

Have a Troop Under the Same Committee?

Give the pack and the troop each their own Campfire organization and link them. Once one unit pays for Pro, the other gets 25% off Pro, applied automatically at checkout.

Questions Pack Leaders Ask

You bring your roster and advancement in from Scoutbook's export files, and on Pro, Campfire can build a file of new completions for you to upload to Scoutbook.

Yes. Mark an adult as a pack leader and they sit in every den chat, without being listed as each den's leader in the directory, den email or event audiences.

Yes. Bulk Sign-off starts from the adventure. Pick it, tick the requirements the den finished, and choose the Scouts. When a Scout finishes every requirement, the adventure is earned the same way it would be if you signed them off one at a time.

Yes. Each unit keeps its own Campfire organization, and you link the two. Once one unit pays for Pro, the other gets 25% off Pro, applied automatically at checkout.

It helps, because that's how they get notifications, but they don't have to. Campfire works on iPhone, Android and the web, so families can use whichever suits them.

Give Your Den Leaders Their Evenings Back

Create your pack, bring your roster over from Scoutbook, and have your den chats running before the next pack night. It works on the web, iPhone and Android.
