Yes! You can upgrade from Basic to Full Troop at any time to unlock additional features. If you need to downgrade, you can do so at the end of your billing period, and you'll retain access to Pro features until then.

Your data is always yours. If you downgrade from Full Troop to Basic Troop, your text-based data (events, messages, member info) remains accessible. Photos and files will be preserved but not accessible until you upgrade again. We'll never delete your data.

When you upgrade to Full Troop, you'll enter your credit card but won't be charged for 14 days. This gives you time to try all the premium features risk-free. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged. After 14 days, your subscription begins automatically.

Each organization requires its own subscription. If you manage multiple troops (like a Cub Scout pack and a Boy Scout troop), each would need its own plan. Contact us for district or council pricing options.
