Simple, Transparent Pricing

Yes! You can upgrade from Basic to Full Troop at any time to unlock additional features. If you need to downgrade, you can do so at the end of your billing period, and you'll retain access to Pro features until then.

Your data is always yours. If you downgrade from Full Troop to Basic Troop, your text-based data (events, messages, member info) remains accessible. Photos and files will be preserved but not accessible until you upgrade again. We'll never delete your data.

When you upgrade to Full Troop, you'll enter your credit card but won't be charged for 14 days. This gives you time to try all the premium features risk-free. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged. After 14 days, your subscription begins automatically.

Each organization requires its own subscription. If you manage multiple units (like a Cub Scout pack, a Scouts BSA troop, a Venturing crew, and a Sea Scout ship), each would need its own plan. Contact us for district or council pricing options.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor.

Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Full Troop subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked.

Campfire compresses photos when they're uploaded, so each one takes about 1 MB. That means 10 GB holds roughly 10,000 photos, which is years of campouts for most troops. If you do need more, Pro troops can add storage in 10 GB blocks for $20 per year each, up to 10 blocks. Add it from Settings → Subscription & Billing → Add storage in the app. Extra storage renews on the same date as your Pro plan, and the first charge is prorated for the rest of your current year. If you're on a Pro trial, you can add storage once your paid subscription starts.
