Troop CampfireReady to unlock photos, file sharing, Scoutbook advancement export, your public troop website, and 10 GB of storage? The upgrade goes through Stripe checkout and Pro features are available as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
How to upgrade
- Open troopcampfire.app and sign in as a troop leader or admin.
- Tap Account Settings (top right).
- Tap Organization.
- Tap Subscription & Billing.
- Tap Upgrade to Pro. The app opens a Stripe checkout page.
- Enter your billing details and confirm. Pro features unlock as soon as Stripe finishes processing.
On a wide screen there's a shortcut: Troop Settings in the left navigation opens the same list, with Subscription & Billing near the top. The page only appears if you have organization-edit permission, so if you can't see it, ask your Committee Chair or Scoutmaster.
The page shows your current plan, a storage meter, and the full list of what your plan includes.
Billing details
- Annual billing only — $125 per year per troop
- Your subscription renews automatically each year
- To cancel, return to Account Settings → Organization → Subscription & Billing and tap Manage Subscription to open the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
