Troop CampfireStorage in Campfire is used for photos and file attachments. Here's how much each plan includes and what happens if you approach your limit.
Storage by plan
- Campfire Basic (free) — no photo or file storage. Photos and file sharing are Campfire Pro features.
- Campfire Pro ($125/year) — 10 GB of storage shared across all photos and files in your troop.
For most troops, 10 GB is more than enough. A typical campout gallery of 100 full-resolution photos takes roughly 300–500 MB, meaning 10 GB can hold years of troop memories.
Check your current usage
Go to Account Settings → Organization → Subscription & Billing to see your storage usage at a glance. You'll also receive an in-app notice before you approach the cap.
