Storage in Campfire is used for photos and file attachments. Here's how much each plan includes and what happens if you approach your limit.

Storage by plan

  • Campfire Basic (free) — no photo or file storage. Photos and file sharing are Campfire Pro features.
  • Campfire Pro ($125/year) — 10 GB of storage shared across all photos and files in your troop.

For most troops, 10 GB is more than enough. A typical campout gallery of 100 full-resolution photos takes roughly 300–500 MB, meaning 10 GB can hold years of troop memories.

Check your current usage

Go to Account Settings → Organization → Storage Usage. On a wide screen you can also reach it straight from Troop Settings in the left navigation. The page breaks usage down into Event Photos, Profile Photos, and Other Files with a file count and size for each, so you can see what is actually taking up the space.

Subscription & Billing also shows a used-of-total meter beside your plan if you only want the headline number.
