Photos are one of the most loved features in Campfire — a dedicated gallery that keeps your troop's memories organized and accessible to all families. This article explains how to upload photos and how albums work.
Campfire Pro feature
Photo uploads require a Campfire Pro plan. If you don't see the upload option, you may be on Campfire Basic — see Upgrade to Campfire Pro.
How to upload photos
- Open troopcampfire.app or the Campfire mobile app and go to the Photos tab in the bottom navigation.
- Tap + to add photos.
- Pick the event the photos belong to (the upload is organized by event — this picker comes up first).
- Choose photos from your device.
- Tap Save. The photos appear in the gallery, grouped by event.
How albums work
- Photos uploaded from within an event are automatically grouped into an album for that event
- Photos uploaded from the main Photos tab appear in a general gallery
- All troop members can view photos in the gallery
- Leaders can delete photos; uploaders can delete their own
