Photos are one of the most loved features in Campfire — a dedicated gallery that keeps your troop's memories organized and accessible to all families. This article explains how to upload photos and how albums work.

Campfire Pro feature

Photo uploads require a Campfire Pro plan. If you don't see the upload option, you may be on Campfire Basic — see Upgrade to Campfire Pro.

How to upload photos

  1. Open troopcampfire.app or the Campfire mobile app and go to the Photos tab in the bottom navigation.
  2. Tap + to add photos.
  3. Pick the event the photos belong to (the upload is organized by event — this picker comes up first).
  4. Choose photos from your device.
  5. Tap Save. The photos appear in the gallery, grouped by event.

How albums work

  • Photos uploaded from within an event are automatically grouped into an album for that event
  • Photos uploaded from the main Photos tab appear in a general gallery
  • All troop members can view photos in the gallery
  • Leaders can delete photos; uploaders can delete their own
