If you can't sign in to Campfire, the most common cause is a forgotten password or an incorrect email address. Here's how to work through the most likely scenarios.

Reset your password

  1. Go to troopcampfire.app and tap Forgot Password? on the login screen.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Campfire account.
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
  4. Click the link in the email and create a new password.

Not sure which email you used?

  • Try searching your inbox for an email from Campfire — your welcome email or any troop announcement would show the address we have on file
  • Try common email addresses you use and see if the reset email arrives
  • If you joined via a Scoutbook import, the email may be the one associated with your Scoutbook account
